1. About these terms

These terms apply to your use of tiktokfollowers.net and to any order you place with TikTokFollowers (“we”, “us”). You can contact us at support@tiktokfollowers.net. By placing an order you agree to these terms, so please read them first.

2. What we provide

We sell promotional packages that increase the number of followers on a public TikTok account, or the number of likes or views on one public TikTok video. Orders are fulfilled through third-party delivery providers we work with. Every package is a one-off purchase; nothing renews.

A package increases a displayed count. It does not guarantee views, engagement, reach, recommendations, income, eligibility for any TikTok program, or any other result.

3. Age

You must be 18 or over to place an order. By ordering you confirm that you are.

4. No connection with TikTok

TikTokFollowers is independent. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by TikTok or ByteDance. TikTok is a trademark of its owner.

5. What you agree to do

• Enter the correct username or video link.
• Keep the account (for followers) or the video (for likes and views) public until delivery is complete.
• Not change your username, delete the video or make it private during delivery.
• Only order for accounts and videos you own or are authorised to promote.

If an order can’t be completed because one of these wasn’t followed, we’ll try to help, but we may not be able to refund what was already delivered.

6. Delivery

Delivery usually starts within minutes of payment and is paced over hours or, for large packages, a day or two. Timings on the site or in emails are estimates, not guarantees. We will never ask for your password.

7. 30-day refill

If the number delivered by your order drops within 30 days of delivery finishing, we will top it back up free of charge when you email us with your order reference. The refill covers the quantity you paid for and doesn’t cover drops caused by making the account or video private, changing the username or deleting the video.

8. Refunds

Our refund policy forms part of these terms.

9. Risks

• TikTok’s rules prohibit buying followers, likes and views. By ordering you accept that using a third-party service may breach TikTok’s terms, and that the decision is yours.
• TikTok may remove followers, likes or views at any time, and may limit the reach of content or restrict accounts it believes are involved in fake engagement.
• We reduce risk by never accessing your account and by pacing delivery, but we can’t control what TikTok does, and no growth service is risk-free.

10. Acceptable use

You may not use our service to promote illegal, hateful, harassing or sexually exploitative content, content that infringes anyone’s rights, accounts that impersonate someone else, or content aimed at children. You may not resell packages in a way that misleads your own customers, abuse the refill or refund process, or interfere with the site. We may refuse or cancel orders that break these rules; if we cancel before delivery starts, we refund in full.

11. Prices and payment

Prices are in US dollars and the amount charged is shown on the checkout page. With a card in another currency, your bank may charge its own conversion rate or fees. Payment is processed on a secure hosted checkout by our payment provider; we never see or store your card details. We may change prices at any time, but not for an order you’ve already paid for.

12. Liability

As far as the law allows, our total liability for an order is limited to the amount you paid for it, and we are not liable for indirect losses such as lost income or reputation, or for actions TikTok takes regarding your account. Nothing in these terms limits liability that can’t legally be limited, or affects your statutory rights as a consumer.

13. Changes

We may update these terms. The version shown here when you place an order is the one that applies to it.

14. Law and disputes

The law of England and Wales governs these terms. If you are a consumer living elsewhere, you keep any protections the law of your country gives you and may be able to bring a claim there. Please email us first; most problems are quicker to fix directly.
