Who this covers

This policy explains what TikTokFollowers collects through tiktokfollowers.net, why, who we share it with and your rights. Questions go to support@tiktokfollowers.net.

What we collect

When you order

• The TikTok username (for followers) or public video link (for likes and views) you enter.
• The packages and price.

We never ask for your TikTok password.

At checkout

Payment takes place on a secure checkout hosted by our payment provider. Your email address and payment details are entered there and collected by that provider under its own privacy policy. Your card details never reach us. The provider tells us whether payment succeeded so we can start the order.

Order records

For each order we keep the order reference, packages, username or video link and status, for up to 90 days, and then delete them.

Support emails

If you email us we receive your address and whatever you write, and use it only to handle your request.

Technical data

Our hosting provider processes IP addresses and basic browser information to serve pages, keep the site secure and prevent abuse, including limiting how many lookups one visitor can make.

Why we use it

• To deliver your order, refill it and handle refunds and support.
• To keep the site secure and working.

Where data protection laws such as the UK or EU GDPR apply, our legal bases are performing the contract you enter into when you order, and our legitimate interest in running a secure site and answering support requests. We don’t use your information for advertising, send marketing emails or sell your data.

Who we share it with

• Delivery providers receive the username or video link and the package details, nothing else.
• Our payment provider collects your email and payment details directly.
• A data provider for previews. When you type a username, we fetch that account’s public profile details and recent videos through a third-party data provider so we can show a preview. Pasted video links are checked against TikTok’s public embed service for the same reason. Only the public username or link is sent.
• Our hosting provider processes requests for security and performance.
• Authorities, where the law requires it.

Some of these providers process data outside your country. Where required, they use recognised safeguards such as standard contractual clauses.

Cookies and storage

We don’t use tracking or advertising cookies and there is no analytics on the site. Your browser’s storage remembers your cart, and for the current visit the last username you entered, on your own device only. You can clear it in your browser settings. The checkout page and our hosting provider may use strictly necessary cookies for security and fraud prevention.

How long we hold your data

• Order records: up to 90 days.
• Support emails: as long as needed to resolve the request.
• Cart: in your browser until you clear it.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you can ask for a copy of your data, ask us to correct or delete it, or object to how we use it. Email support@tiktokfollowers.net with your order reference if you have one. We reply within one month and there’s no charge. You can also complain to your local data protection authority, though we’d appreciate the chance to fix things first.

Children

Orders are for people aged 18 and over. We don’t knowingly collect information from anyone younger. If you think someone under 18 has ordered, contact us and we’ll delete their information.

Changes

If we change how we handle data, for example by adding analytics, we’ll update this page and the date above first. See also our terms and refund policy.
